He's Funny! Good Enough...?

"I was star struck when I met him at first."

Those were her words of regret as she told her best friend. Although she was warned but she didn't heed to those wise words. She felt at that time, it just didn't mean anything. Only if they could see what she was seeing.

"When you're in love, everything becomes blind. You become blind to their deepest negatives and even unhealthy flaws."

Her friend replied her back as she laid her head on her shoulder for comfort.
She kept on wailing in tears. She couldn't hold them back. So it was best she let them out as much as no one is ready to step on the brakes.

What's it you want to do now?."
I just don't know. If I knew, I wouldn't be here like this. See the way am tattered and unpleasing."

A big sigh as her friend patted her. After few minutes of silence,
"What was that significance you saw in him that made you run head over heels for him?" that statement broke the long silence.

"He's such a nice guy. He's too good to have done this to me."

"And you think I will sit her with you to believe that's the only quality you saw that caught you off your trail?."
"...there are so many nice guys out there. As a matter of fact, I met one just yesterday and I could smell his nice attitude from far." she continued.

Still in her sober state, "he makes me laugh. He sweeps me off my feet always and it always seemed I couldn't get enough of him. His humour is outta here."

"I never ever ever thought he was a beast. And he decided to unleash that beastly side of his on me? I didn't blink my brain twice to see he was married. There was no ring anywhere found at least mistakenly on his finger. He was too young for me to even think of that and worst of it, he has 3 kids. They are all in the State with his wife!." she yelled and squeezed her face into the pillow.

As if the pillow can open and swallow her right away. Not the ground this time around.

"Just take it easy sweetheart. Everything will be fine soon. I've always known you all my life as a very strong lady that can't be intimidated by whatsoever. It's a phase of life you just needed to pass through and now you've learnt the lessons it came with."

Those words went like a cold water down her spine. It's the bitter pill she needed to chew and use Coca-cola to wash it down her guts.

Ask me for the later story. LOL!

The lady in question found out he was married through his Facebook account. You know how they say Social media don't forget. Although she almost caught his red pants secret when he received a call once he was with her. But her guts quickly dismissed the thought like a soldier been dismissed by his commandant.

If the situation was just that, it would have been a disease that could be cured instantly. Though it might take time to forget.
But not only did he jilt her, he disvirgined her and she's pregnant for him. He claimed he never loved her. You enforced yourself on me.
Those were always his words. Till he breezed out of the country, he never told her. She found out through his friend she met just once.

Now she has to bear the child and go through single parenting. He might later realise his mistake and comeback for her. Maybe soon or later. I guess Rihanna's "emergency room" would be her theme song.

P.S: STORY IS ALL MINE AND WASN'T COPPED ANYWHERE. SO SAVE THE HARSH WORDS.

What led her on?

He's a nice guy and very charming. According to her. And he makes her laugh.

What was her mistake perhaps?

She wasn't patient to know him well enough. She was blinded by those temporary attributes.

Like they say and I quote "A funny dude is ideal for a woman"

Or so they think. The best way to stop that lady from playing hard to get is to make her laugh. Crack her ribs and be the Alibaba in her life. Maybe it works for some and all.
You see, because he's nice, cute, charming and funny doesn't mean he will make a million yard husband material. I've heard of scenerios where a guy is funny as anything but still beats his wife at any little misunderstanding.
The funny thing is, guys are good at leading ladies on and when they get halfway, they realise she's not the right person or they can't get down with her.

A broken relationship is better than a broken marriage. Those words are GOLD.
You can't help but to notice his physical attribute(s). They are good. He's the son of the next billionnaire and even has mansions everywhere. He's plans is to run for presidency. All those are good fortunes. But what happens when you get into the same home with him? After he has put that ring in your finger? Now you're stucked. You don't know what next to do. You're confused. One day happiness and the next day arguements.

He gets angry and the way to aplogise is to come back with flowers. Wow! That's sweet right? But for how long are you willing to deal with that? When next an arguement gets heated, you already know his next move. Flowers! Gifts!!

Don't fall into such trap. What do you do?
Go on your knees and pray. There's nothing prayer cannot change. Picture the type of man you want. The type of woman you choose to be with.
I was speaking to a woman lately and she said she prayed for the town and state she want her husband to originate from. And she got what she wanted. It's not too late to start praying for those now. Don't wait until you think you're ready for a realtionship. By then, you begin to fall prey. That's because you will be experimenting here and there. At the time you want to be careful.
But when you pray, at the time you think you're ready to settle down, he just comes at that moment. Isn't that cute enough?

LET'S LIBERATE OURSELVES FROM DUBIOUS THINKING AND ASSUMPTIONS. WE CAN CHOOSE THE TYPE OF PARTNER WE WANT TO SETTLE WITH FOREVER OR SERVE AS PART TIME. THE CHOICE IS YOURS AND YOURS ALONE.
